Founder & CEO
Simon Cort is a chartered accountant. His experience in the condominium industry extends over more than 35 years. His understanding of condominiums was honed, in the first half of this period, through the provision of auditing, accounting and management services, and in the latter half, as an executive with a major investment firm. In this role, he achieved superior returns on the investment of his condominium client reserve funds with the use of accurate and dynamic work and investment plans. He always believed that the condominium industry lacked an integrated data system which could serve as an efficient, informative and cost-effective platform for all its stakeholders. To turn this belief into reality, he created CondoFlow.
